Our opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller - National Tenants to join our Sydney Team.

Responsible for managing the national debt process in accordance with Asset Management operations and KPIs. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to deliver within tight timeframes, ensuring business productivity, efficiency and governance.

**Your responsibilities are but not limited to**:
Provide an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure a high level of communication by responding to, and actioning, requests in a timely manner
Achieve arrears KPIs across Asset Management and ensure teams are operating in accordance with debt collection procedures
Proactively liaise with national/major tenant representatives to facilitate the collection of debt in accordance with lease requirements
Proactively manage and resolve national debtor queries/issues and escalate where appropriate in accordance with set KPIs
Responsible for initiating and managing tenants in administration and engaging with the appropriate internal/external stakeholders
Regular maintenance of arrears collection commentary and provision of updated progress reporting
Deliver portfolio debtors reporting requirements including KPI reporting and trend analysis
Review and reconcile national/majors tenant debtors accounts in accordance with business operational procedures
Responsible for producing general lease related correspondence to national tenants and asset teams
Adhere to Mirvac policies and procedures and meet all internal and external reporting and compliance requirements
Drive improvements and maximise efficiency of debt collection procedures
Develop a personal and professional brand as a clear market leader, ensuring Mirvac is recognised as having key talent within the organisation
Assist with any projects, or undertake additional duties as reasonably required

Your point of difference

You will have the ability to reconcile and understand tenant accounts, a strong commercial outlook with previous exposure to Property Management tools, including MRI, Yardi and Salesforce and a high level of IT proficiency with strong Excel skills.

Additionally, you will have tertiary qualifications in Property, Business or Finance and will demonstrate a customer-centric focus with the ability to develop and maintain exceptional internal and external relationships and liaise with people at all levels.

Finally, you will possess exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise work effectively ensuring deadlines are achieved on time and the ability to adapt to change and deal with ambiguity/complexity.
