ABOUT THE ROLE
The Beckley, our in-house café with chef prepared healthy meals, coffee and snacks has an exciting opportunity available for an Assistant Manager. As the Assistant Manager, you will support and facilitate the restaurant operations by delivering inventory management, stock control and exceptional customer experiences for the team. This role will see you:
- Coordinating restaurant operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supporting further developing high quality execution and customer experience
- Supervising and evaluating staff providing training and recruitment
- Stock control quantities and equipment quality
- Budgeting and monitoring restaurant expenses
- Ability to meet all product deadlines and milestones
- Exceptional communication relationship management, internally & externally
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Assistant Manager role
- Stock control management
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Problem solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and ever-better environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability confidently communicate with all levels of stakeholders
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including product teams and key stakeholders
- Proven planning, organisational and time management skills to adhere to timelines
