They are looking for an experienced CRM Manager who is a magician at building ‘if this happens.then that occurs’.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Lead the development of customised offers for different spends.
- Identify less engaged audiences and create action plan to engage and convert.
- Manage logic and build of segmentation strategies to maximize conversion, retention, and purchase frequency.
- Maintain the links and integration between key tech stacks that support customer segmentation.
- Seek new ways to collect first party data to deliver new segmentation opportunities.
- Manage data privacy requirements within the marketing / sales data ecosystem.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify best practice techniques to implement in overarching strategy.
- Report on and maintain competitive open, click, and placed order rates in line with industry and business benchmarks.
- Own strategic direction for the Ecommerce Loyalty/VIP program.
**To be **successful in this position you will have**:
- Experience in a fast-paced consumer marketing and sales environment
- Worked with a database of a minimum of 100,000+
- Experience in using data to develop effective customer segmentation and targeting strategies
- Concise reporting and analytics skills
