We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Casual/Part-time F45 Group Trainer to join our dynamic team at F45 Training in Rowville, VIC. As an F45 Group Trainer, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, results-driven group fitness classes that inspire and motivate our members. This is a part-time role, offering flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver engaging and effective F45 group training sessions that challenge participants and help them achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure proper form and technique during all exercises to promote safety and optimal results
- Provide personalised coaching and encouragement to members throughout the sessions
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment that fosters a sense of community
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional studio

**What we're looking for**
- Certified F45 Group Trainer qualification or a relevant fitness certification
- Both Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications are required
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in the F45 training methodology
- Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage and inspire participants
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and proper form for a variety of movements
- Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing class requirements
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals

Our state-of-the-art F45 studio offers a unique and challenging workout experience that combines functional training, circuit training, and metabolic conditioning. We are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being.

**Job Type**: Part-time
