We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Casual/Part-time F45 Group Trainer to join our dynamic team at F45 Training in Rowville, VIC. As an F45 Group Trainer, you will be responsible for leading high-energy, results-driven group fitness classes that inspire and motivate our members. This is a part-time role, offering flexible scheduling to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver engaging and effective F45 group training sessions that challenge participants and help them achieve their fitness goals
  • Ensure proper form and technique during all exercises to promote safety and optimal results
  • Provide personalised coaching and encouragement to members throughout the sessions
  • Maintain a positive and motivating environment that fosters a sense of community
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of equipment before and after classes
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and professional studio

What we're looking for

  • Certified F45 Group Trainer qualification or a relevant fitness certification
  • Both Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness qualifications are required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in the F45 training methodology
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills to engage and inspire participants
  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and proper form for a variety of movements
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team and adapt to changing class requirements
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
