An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic person to join part our People & Culture Directorate, Austin Advantage. Austin Advantage is an in-house salary packaging team at Austin Health.

**Details of position/position requirements**
- **Assist in the administration of month end duties; audits, scanning and general administrative duties**:

- **Assist with telephone and counter enquiries, with particular attention to a very high standard of customer service**:

- **Assist in the administrative duties regarding Employee Benefit cards**:

- **Prepared to learn of Fringe Benefits Tax, particularly in relation to salary packaging benefits and novated leases**:

- **Prepared to learn and assist with the administration of Continuing Medical Education (CME) claims**

**To be successful in this role you must demonstrate/Key responsibilities will include**:

- **Willingness to learn of salary packaging and payroll processing**:

- **Strong customer service focus**:

- **Well-developed organisational and time management skills**:

- **Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills**:

- **Intermediate computer skills and experience with MS Office**:

- **Strong attention to detail**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work within a busy and demanding environment**:
