We are seeking 6-12 months grounding in a similar role and proven care and capability in customer service is essential. We are looking for someone with a professional approach and engaging personality who is a budding property management professional

**Responsibilities**:

- Learn to nurture and maximise existing client relationships;
- Portfolio management - assisting landlords to maximise their assets whilst managing arrears;
- Actioning maintenance and repairs;
- Conduct inspections of the property periodically;
- Participate in all training and development opportunities.

**Requirements**:
We are open to a first timer within Property Management as long as you have the drive and willingness to absorb our excellent training. It is integral that you have:

- A current QLD Sales Registration Certificate and Drivers Licence;
- Exceptional organisation, time management and monitoring skills;
- First class presentation and communication; and
- Have a can-do attitude and enjoys problem solving
- First class customer service comes naturally to you.
