We are looking for a person who has a professional attitude and the ability to succeed in a fast paced environment but rewarding field. This customer facing role requires a natural people's ability, a true desire and passion for customer service, ability to resolve problems with a big positive attitude, and a commitment to succeed in the dynamic field of real estate.

Ability to speak Chinese, or any Asian language or second language is a nice to have.

**Duties**

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing excellent Customer service and being the main point of contact for clients
- planning marketing programs for our clients
- Managing clients' portfolio of assets
- Conducting inspections at properties
- Conducting home opens and presentations
- All matters of liaising with clients - investors/owners, tenants, developers etc
- Resolving issues and maintenance
- Delivering 5 star customer service
