**About the Role**

PM-Partners is seeking **Casual** **Training **Venue Operations Coordinators **to support our casual training venue operations** **team. Reporting to the Training Logistics Manager, you will play a key role in assisting, coordinating, and supervising with the management of **day-to-day Training Course operations** and helping **clients and corporate students** where needed.

This is a **casual position**, with shifts to be worked between 7.30am - 6pm from Monday to Friday (although some evening and weekend availability may be required where needed).
- Immediate start available
- Casual Hourly Hospitality Award Rates
- Sydney / Melbourne CBD location, close to public transport

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day management of training course operations to deliver a seamless experience in a timely manner
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Increasing and improving customer satisfaction
- Helping clients, corporate students, and visitors with enquiries, and requests
- Understanding customer needs and guarantee customer satisfaction
- Basic cleaning skills and maintenance of facilities and equipment
- Taking care of respective tasks and enquiries hands on - moving throughout the workplace
- Ensuring smooth coordination of training orders and delivery with setting up rooms and equipment
- Accurately keeping and maintaining records
- Basic understanding of clean up / pack down for small and large group functions
- Handling customer complaints
- Miscellaneous work where necessary
