Ai Republic was founded in 2016, with the goal of empowering businesses through the provision of seamless, innovative and collaborative professional design services. Located in North Melbourne, our practice specializes in **commercial and residential interior design** for multinational clients in Australia.

As a **graduate interior designer**, you will facilitate all stages of our projects, from feasibility and initial design concept, permit approvals, documentation, through to construction until completion.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain experience working alongside the director and the team.**Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Assist to develop moodborad, concept presentations
- Assist to produce 3D models and visual renders
- Attend to site visits and assist in site measurement
- Assist to produce construction documentations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and sub consultants as required
- Undertake other tasks as required including general project administration**Skills and Experience**
- Excellent skills in producing 3D renders, proficient with Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Suite is preferred.
- Work experience related to commercial or residential interior design in similar role is preferred, but not compulsory. Training will be provided.
- Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Interior Design/Architectural/Building Design & Drafting.
- Basic understanding of NCC & Australian Standards.
- Enthusiastic proactive person with a real desire to learn and progress.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.
- Attention to details and accuracy.
- Fluent English oral and written communication skills.

Further salary rate will be commensurate with your skills and experienced level.
Must hold a valid Australian visa to work.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
