**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Assistant, you will be providing direct support to our sales team, introducing our products and contracts to potential clients via telephone, and implementing sales strategies to expand our market share. This role requires a high level of self-motivation and excellent communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services, emphasizing product features and benefits, and special deals.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales materials and contracts.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads received through various channels.
- Maintain and update client records in the company database.
- Assist in the analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, as needed.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and Chinese to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Junior-level position; prior sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per hour
