Are you a highly organised and customer-focused individual? Our Motor Claims & Assessing team is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our Claims Division. In this role, you will play a key part in providing efficient and effective administrative support, collaborating closely with the broader claims team. **Key Responsibilities**:
Provide a high standard of professionalism by delivering efficient customer service to internal and external customers, adhering to legislated and regulatory compliance time frames including but not limited to ASIC, Code of Practice.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage and resolve complex inquiries following RACQ Policies and Procedures.
- Establish and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships within current operating systems, ensuring accurate details and payment cycles.
- Prepare, process, and reconcile funds received daily with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
**About You**:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and understanding.
