**The Opportunity**
Due to an overseas relocation, we have available a rare opportunity for a self-driven individual to drive and lead our highly successful team in NSW & ACT. Reporting to the General Manager-Sales, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy through strong leadership, analysis of local markets and the overall leadership of the branches in the Region. You will ensure the region is operating to its full potential and that all avenues are pursued to maximise sales while providing exceptional customer service and expert knowledge. You will be willing to be hands-on when required and will work closely with our Branch Managers providing coaching, support and leadership.
**Your Experience**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and lead people in a multi-branch organisation
- Sound knowledge and understanding of financial, sales and business management
- Ability to form highly successful teams and develop key talent
- Ability to work independently and to use initiative and judgment to solve problems effectively and achieve results
- A high level of professionalism, supported by strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry and established relationships is preferred
- Business/Commerce/Marketing tertiary studies would be an additional advantage
- A proven track record of achieving sales budget and targets in a highly-competitive environment and a drive to exceed set targets
