**Role Description/Criteria**
In this position you will be responsible for specific administrative tasks within the Welfare Team. It is a detail oriented environment that requires someone with initiative, excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule and prioritise meetings with parents, with follow up reminders
- Manage and maintain administration documents such as data entry, taking minutes, document scanning and filing both digitally and in hardcopy
- Support Leaders with the development of updated administrative processes and procedures
- Ensure adherence to Child Safe Standards, school Code of Conduct and school regulations
Experience and Attributes:
- Knowledge of administrative systems & procedures
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Time management, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, including the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Current Working With Children Check
