ARA Property Services is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor for our clients' requirements in Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a reputable, growing company.

**About the Job**:
We are looking for a highly motivated, reliable, individual with cleaning supervision experience to assist the operations managers to maintain the client portfolio smoothly. Duties include but not limited to:

- Liaise with all cleaners - discuss any issues or concerns and manage rosters and timesheets
- Inspect the site to ensure that the cleaners have completed their cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain adequate materials, PPE and consumables stock levels
- Ensure that equipment are in safe working condition

**About you**:

- Previous experience in cleaning and supervision is required
- Working Rights
- Digital COVID vaccination certificate
- A current police check
- Attention to detail
- Well presented
- Excellent people skills
