This full-time role offers FIFO from Brisbane and the opportunity to lead a committed, customer-focused team in a dynamic environment.As a Security Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining site safety and operational integrity. Your responsibilities will include access control, patrols, emergency response, and team coordination. You’ll be the frontline presence ensuring compliance, professionalism, and exceptional service delivery.**Key Responsibilities*** Manage **site access control** and traffic flow* Conduct **mobile and foot patrols**, including vehicle and bag inspections* Perform **drug and alcohol testing** in line with site protocols* Issue and manage **security passes, keys**, and building access* Monitor **radio communications**, respond to incidents, and support emergency procedures* Deliver high-level **customer service** and observe driver behaviours* Maintain accurate and timely **electronic logs and reports****Skills & Experience*** **QLD Security Licence** (Unarmed Security Officer minimum) *MSS Security will fund licensing for successful candidates under a return-of-service agreement** **Current First Aid and CPR Certificate*** **QLD Driver’s Licence*** Willing to complete or already hold **HLTPAT005 – Collect Specimens for Drug Testing** *Course costs covered by MSS Security for successful applicants** Availability to work a **rotational roster** (days, nights, weekends)* **Intermediate Microsoft Office skills** for reporting and documentationIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
