As an EL1 Administration Manager in the Land Domain of Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group, you will be given the unique opportunity to deliver high quality administration services that directly support the delivery of leading edge capability to the Australian Defence Force.

We are seeking to fill a range of roles, varying from Human Resource management and workforce planning, strategic communications, performance analysis and reporting and business operations.

**About our Team**
The Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG) is an integral part of Defence Australia This group procures and maintains military equipment and supplies in the quantities and to the service levels that are required by Defence and approved by Government. Within CASG, the Land Domain acquires and supports designated land systems for the Australian Defence Force.

The right person for this role will be a committed administration professional who is able to demonstrate the adaptability and flexibility required to respond to the needs of their stakeholders while managing a team that is becoming accustomed to flexible workplace arrangements.

Experienced across one or more of the following: administration, communications, business operations, performance analysis and reporting or human resource management; you will excel in identifying the relationships between the organisations goals and operational tasks. You will have experience in managing a team to deliver high quality administrative services to a large number of stakeholders.

With your growth mindset, you will manage resources and capacity effectively, and inspire your team while growing their capabilities and nurturing talent. As a leader, you will be expected to support and motivate your team to work inclusively to achieve organisational objectives, in an environment where workforce agility is key.
