People & Culture Support Associate (12-month Fixed Term Contract)

**The role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Initial point of contact for P&C matters through the centralised P&C Support Centre mailbox and phone line.
- Deliver high-quality P&C service by ensuring enquiries are understood and addressed accurately and professionally.
- Advise employees on Crown Enterprise Agreements and P&C policies and procedures.
- Provide end-to-end visa management and support for employees.
- Ensure compliance with P&C processes and policies.
- Provide high-level administrative support for the P&C Business Partnering team.
- Record enquiries into the P&C Support case management system (Salesforce).
- Support P&C initiatives and cyclical business processes.
**About you**
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and duties simultaneously.
- High standards and attention to detail in work.
- Experience in providing P&C administrative support or general office administration (desirable).
- Understanding of Human Resources processes and practices (desirable).
- Exposure to HRIS systems (PeopleSoft advantageous).
- Studying or completion of tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline preferred.
