The Fresh Collective are looking for passionate barista for MOD. Dining by Clayton Wells at Art Gallery NSW.

Mod. Dining by Clayton Wells is a signature dining experience - focusing on providing a quality all day dining experience for our customers.

**Benefits**
- Day shifts on Mon, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun
- 25-30 hours per week
- Depending on experience, pay rates at Level 3 or Level 4
- Hourly pay rate: M-F $29.40 / Sat $35.28 / Sun $41.16 / Public Holiday $58.80

**The Role**
- Make coffee to a high quality and appearance
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Provide a high-quality service to guests
- Work as an integral part of the front of house team
- casual positions (25-30 hours) available

**About You**
- Ideally 2 years Barista experience in a fast-paced environment
- Great knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency
- A team player who can work independently
- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Hold valid RSA
- Valid full time working rights in Australia
