Dive In Swimming Academy is a family-owned swim school based in Penrith. We pride ourselves on building strong foundations of safety around the water, as well as encouraging a lifelong joy of swimming for children.

At Dive In Swimming Academy, we are proud to offer our employees and customers the healthiest water possible. We are Healthy Swim Australia Certified which means that those who enter our water know that our water is easier on the skin & eyes, and reduces irritation for asthma, eczema and allergies sufferers.

Our water system also reduces our chlorine levels by up to 80%, meaning no more chlorine odour
**About the Opportunities**:
**Learn to Swim Assistant Teacher Role**: As a Learn to Swim Assistant Teacher, you'll be an integral part of our mission to deliver exceptional swimming lessons. Your goal is to provide valuable support to our experienced instructors and help create a positive learning environment for our students. We believe in your potential to become an independent Learn to Swim Teacher in a short period of time, with the necessary training and certifications.

**About You**:

- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Experience in swimming or aquatics is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends
- Honesty and integrity are key values to you
