Project Coordinator- Mechanical Trade Qualified

**Project Coordinator** opportunity open to an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. You **must be trade qualified **and have a sound understanding of the manufacturing environment, particularly in the areas of production, packaging and distribution machinery and associated equipment.

**The Project Coordinator will be required to assist with the following**:

- Coordination of Project and Maintenance services to existing and new clients
- Written estimations and quotation documents.
- Assist in Contract development opportunities and support ongoing client management.
- Coordinate and work directly with our project managers, CAD team and trades on site-based and workshop projects.
- Work closely with management, trades, clients and suppliers to provide service support wherever required.

**To be successful in this role you will need to have a strong trade background with senior-level experience in mechanical engineering and fabrication. (Fitter, Fitter Technician, Automation technician, Maintenance Fitter or similar)**

You will also have well rounded knowledge of materials handling technology and excellent communication skills that will assist you in client discussions relating to solution concepts.

**Trade Sphere Group’s Project Coordinator will be required to have**:

- Trade Qualification and Experience (Mandatory Mechanical Engineer/Fitter or similar)
- Project Management qualification (or similar experience)
- Excellent mechanical and procedure troubleshooting ability
- Excellent written communication skills
- Exceptional social/Interpersonal skills
- A proactive, flexible and adaptable nature
- A high level of ability to use personal initiative in your role
- Good attention to detail
- Be CAD conversant (or similar)
- Understanding and Adherence to WHS and compliance standards of working in any manufacturing/production environment.
- A commitment to customer success
- A sound understanding of scaling opportunities for value.

**Salary**: From $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
