**The Company**
Our client is a leading Australian food manufacturer, with a true national footprint. You will be joining a growing team, under the mentorship of a globally recognised HR Leader.

**The Role**
Due to an exciting period of growth and change, there is now an opportunity for a driven and passionate People and Culture Business Partner to join the P&C team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this newly created role will help shape and execute the development of employee experience strategies. This person will be partnering with various Divisions across the organisation; providing coaching, guidance and strategic support across people initiatives and activities.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Driving Talent strategy including talent mapping, workforce planning and succession planning
- Developing and leading the implementation of new conceptual frameworks and systems to support Employee Engagement, Performance Management and Talent Management
- Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver business and organizational strategies
- Foster a positive climate for an engaged, diverse and inclusive workforce to drive a performance-based culture which is aligned with the goals and objectives of the business
- Effectively interpret industrial instruments as required
- Ensuring continual upskilling and education of supervisors and managers to ensure industrial relations risk is minimised and employee performance is maximized
- Participate and/or manage People and Culture Projects to support organisational strategic goals

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree or qualification in Human Resources
- 2 + years of HR business partnering experience
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or food production highly desirable
- Agile mindset, problem solver and solution-driven
- Experience with working with multiple stakeholders
