**Supervisor - Electrical**:

Cross River Rail is a 10.2-kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role sits within one of our project delivery teams based at an inner Brisbane site. You will be responsible for coordinating direct workforce and subcontractor teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programme and schedule. We are seeking previous experience in a Supervisor or Foreman capacity on large civil or infrastructure projects.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of on-site resources
- Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety and environmental standards
- Ensuring all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work
- Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination
- Ensuring all workers are inducted onto site before commencing work

**Minimum requirements for this role include the following**:

- Trade qualifications in a relevant discipline (Electrical)
- Experience in delivering large scale civil projects in a Supervisor or Foreman capacity
- Strong leadership, team building and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated personal commitment to safety requirements and expectations
