**The Role**
The role of Electrical Supervisor is to lead and manage on-going maintenance of machinery, equipment and services on site to assist in meeting or exceeding site objectives across production, quality and spoilage. You sill also lead and manage capital projects for the site. Working in this can manufacturing facility you will also however not be limited to:

- **Provide direction and guidance to your team to meet objectives**:

- **Conduct PM, troubleshooting, breakdown, repair and reassemble equipment**:

- **Carry out RCA, acceptance tests, purchase supplies and place orders**:

- **Train, mentor, performance manage your team**:

- **Facilitate team communication**

**About You**
You will be an energetic and proactive individual with the ability to motivate, lead and supervisor a small team. You will also possess the following skills and attributes
- **Qualifications in Electrical Engineering and/or Electrical Trade**:

- **Must have engineering and supervision **experience**:

- **Maintenance experience**:

- **Project experience**:

- **Strong problem solving and troubleshooting**:

- **FMCG or other continuous process experience**:

- **Understands complexity of 24/7 manufacturing**:

- **Demonstrate solid Safety ethics**:

- **Drive high quality culture and standard**
