**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as a **Commercial Administration Partner** - SA Food, who will assist the Commercial Manager discharge responsibilities for customer rebates, controlling collateral documents and contracts and provide budgeting and analytical assistance.

**In this Role**
- Prepare & process rebates, credits, and assist with budgeting and forecasting of marketing spend.
- Set up non-trade vendor accounts, raise purchase orders, and handle general office tasks including mail.
- Prepare and monitor monthly Store Improvement, Conference, and Committee funds.
- Reconcile non-trade accounts, support invoice deferrals, and liaise with customers and credit teams.
- Support store changeovers, onboarding, and manage collateral documents including transfer notices.
- Maintain and update Retailer Trading Terms and oversee rebate schedules and produce deal paperwork.

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Retail/Wholesale environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a role involving customer contact / service
- Accounts Payable and Receivable knowledge and use
- Strong spreadsheet and numeracy skills
- Experience in contract management
- Experience in using systems within a Retail/Wholesale environment
