Our Federal Government client is seeking a
**Performance and Conduct Case Manager** to work with the Performance and Wellbeing Team

**About the role**:
The Performance and Wellbeing Team is responsible for managing a wide range of complex people management issues. This includes case management of matters relating to performance management, underperformance, investigation of alleged breaches of the code of conduct, bullying and harassment, workplace conflict/dispute resolution, reviews of action, and Public Interest Disclosures.

**Requirements**:
An APS 6 Case Manager will require proven research, analytical and conceptual skills to resolve a range of complex HR and people management issues and the management of underperformance, attendance issues, harassment, misconduct and review of actions cases.

The need to demonstrate a clear understanding of the legislative and policy framework that relates to people management in the APS is critical. To be successful in this role, an APS 6 Case Manager will also need highly developed case management skills, well developed communication and negotiation skills and be able to interact effectively and sensitively with staff at all levels.

In addition to an ability to quickly obtain knowledge of the department’s HR policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- A relevant qualification or background in Government Investigations, Human Resources, Employment Law or Injury Management is desirable but not essential.
