We have an opportunity for Claims Assistant to join our CCI/Life team in Sydney. Reporting to the
**Head of CCI Life Claims**, you will be part of a high performance culture and join a customer focused team consisting of Technical Specialists and Case Managers.
As Claims Assistant you will work with and support a team of experienced consultants and have the opportunity to develop a broad range of skills within the Long Tail Claims environment.
You will be involved in a variety of administrative and customer service functions including data entry, processing claims’ payments, minutes taking and providing administration assistance to the consultants as required. As a member of the team you will positively contribute to team culture, drive change and innovation.
**Key to your success will be**:
- Proven experience in an administration position
- Data entry skills and experience
- Strong skills in MS Word/Excel/Power Point and ability to learn new software systems quickly
- Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
