**About the Opportunity**
Join ECH as our Manager of Landscaping & Grounds, where you'll lead a diverse team in delivering exceptional grounds maintenance services across our communities. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate both planned and reactive maintenance operations, ensuring consistently high standards while building a culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
Your responsibilities will span strategic planning, resource coordination, team development, and quality assurance, making this an ideal opportunity for a forward-thinking leader who excels at both operational management and people development.
You'll oversee comprehensive audit processes, drive efficiency improvements, and ensure all services meet rigorous quality standards. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in implementing customer-focused systems and fostering a culture of service excellence that aligns with our organisational values and objectives.

**About You**
You are an experienced leader with a proven track record in horticulture and grounds maintenance management.
Your technical expertise is matched by your exceptional ability to develop and mentor teams, creating an environment where staff feel empowered to deliver their best work. Strong communication skills come naturally to you, enabling you to build productive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders at all levels.
Your strategic approach to service delivery is complemented by your analytical mindset and attention to detail.
You thrive on implementing process improvements and have a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. Most importantly, you share our commitment to creating exceptional experiences for our clients and understand the importance of maintaining high standards in everything we do.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Qualifications in horticulture
- Experience leading teams
- Project management qualifications and/or experience
- Drivers Licence
- Good understanding of resource planning for landscaping works and projects.
**Desirable**:
- Budgeting experience.
- Experience managing multiple sites.
