We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Real Estate Sales Agent. As a reputable and well-established real estate agency, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, extensive training, and the opportunity for professional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the client base
- Conduct market research to identify potential properties and market trends
- Provide guidance and assist clients in buying & selling properties
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Prepare and present offers, contracts, and other necessary documents to clients
- Stay updated on the latest real estate laws, regulations, and industry trends
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service throughout the buying or selling process

**Requirements**:

- Valid real estate license or certificate of registration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
