**The role**

This is a busy part-time role requiring you to work with internal and external customers requiring a professional and proactive approach in the hands-on management of accounts receivable.
- Management and Processing of debtor accounts / assist with accounts receivable tasks
- Assist in accounts payable - creditor reconciliations
- Maintain proactive and professional communication with key stakeholders.
- Role will include but not limited to:_
- Reprinting invoices and account statements
- Maintaining AR files and records
- Reconciling AR accounts where required
- Following up payments and investigating irregularities

**About You**

A solid working knowledge and experience of end-to-end AR
Experience using Microsoft Suite of Programs & ERP systems
