**The Company**:
Our client is a privately owned property group with a proven track record in delivering medium density projects across infill and greenfield sites.
This business is in a growth phase and not laying idle positioning itself strategically for the next property lifecycle and capitalising on opportunities to build a solid and sustainable future pipeline.
They're looking to strengthen the team by recruiting a skilled and driven Development Manager.
**About the role**
This role will involve managing all aspects of the project lifecycle (planning through to delivery) with a primary focus on medium density housing.
- Undertaking due diligence assessing any planning risk and mitigating any site constraints
- Project planning and feasibility analysis
- Resolve and navigate through any planning issues and gain approvals
- Manage design development and sales and marketing strategies of the associated product
- Effective stakeholder management skills internal and external including dealing with authorities
- Oversee the construction phase through to delivery and handover
- Manage budgets and financial management
It is expected that you will have tertiary qualifications and a strong background of delivering similar projects. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a prerequisite.
