Help Employment and Training is a part of HELP Enterprises, a social enterprise that exists to enhance the lifestyle, independence and ambitions of people with disability. Help Employment and Training provide Disability Employment Services (DES) clients with the support, tools and confidence needed to enter or return to the workforce and achieve their career goals.

We are seeking a motivated and values driven individuals to join our Employment & Training division as Direct Placement Specialists. You will be ambitious, passionate and results driven; advocating for jobseekers to increase sustainable employment. You will have a knack for building and developing strong relationships with employers and community stakeholders. This is a sales-based role, specifically focused toward job carving, job creation, reverse marketing and cold calling employers to increase repeat and referral business. Your focus will be to create opportunities to place people into work. HELP make a positive difference, and change people’s lives through employment

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join us at multiple locations across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Logan, Toowoomba, Ipswich & the Gold Coast.

**About You**
- Prior Employment Services experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong customer service and sales experience
- Reverse marketing, sales or cold calling experience
- Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- Strong administration and computer skills - ability to learn technical systems
- Excellent time management skills
- Resilient in nature and ability to thrive in a continuously changing environment
