**About the role**

Working within the Media team, as a Digital Media Specialist, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of our digital media advertising with a focus on Google and Social channels. You are an expert in Google Paid ads, so you’ll get involved in everything from strategy development through to campaign set-up, execution, optimisation and reporting. And by using data to inform your decisions, you’ll thrive on getting granular to untap potential and get results for our clients.

You’ll also thrive on going above and beyond — testing, monitoring, listening and implementing recommendations that makes the media work as hard as possible. Experience in SEO would be highly valued in this role.

**About you**

With 3+ years’ experience as a digital media professional, you’re used to developing meaningful client relationships that foster positive outcomes. As a result, you’re comfortable supporting in client meetings, whether it’s for business development or mid-campaign support.

Within your career to-date, you’ve had experience managing large monthly budgets and understand the way tactics and approach need to change based on the brand, it’s objectives, products, services and channel mix, whether that be in B2B or B2C marketing.

You’ll also bring an advanced understanding of Google Paid Search, with experience across other Google platform placements such as GDN, Discovery and YouTube. Your knowledge and skills span across automated reporting, remarketing, and social media advertising placements. As someone who appreciates the power of data, you know how to pursue hidden value that enhances your campaigns’ performance. Ideally, you will also have experience in SEO and are proficient in SEO tools; google search console, google analytics, webmaster tools, Screaming Frog, Moz, SEM Rush etc.
