About the Role
The Administration Support Officer will provide a high standard of administrative and secretarial support to the Executive Services - Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services.
- Undertaken any administrative tasks as directed by the Executive Services Office Manager and MSAMHS Executive.
- Provide confidential executive and secretarial support including the creation of high-quality documents and records.
- Diary management, including scheduling, prioritising, negotiating appointments and meetings, and organising associated/supporting documentation.
- High level, confidential secretariat support including room bookings, car parking management, equipment set up and catering.
