We’re excited to welcome a motivated and experienced Patio Install Manager to our team on a full-time basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled installer looking to progress into a leadership role while remaining hands-on in the field. You’ll play a vital role in overseeing and optimising installations across multiple job sites, working closely with both our team and clients to deliver exceptional outcomes.
- **Please note: This role requires previous experience with patio installations**_

**Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following**:

- Overseeing and managing day-to-day patio installations
- Leading and developing good working relationships with our Installers
- Attending job sites to discuss project designs with Installers and Customers
- Offering expert guidance and resolving on-site challenges
- Suggesting and implementing process improvements to boost efficiency and quality
- Undertake minor repair work from time to time
- At least 3 years' experience with patio installations or in a similar role
- Strong communication and people skills
- Practical problem-solving ability and calmness under pressure
- A collaborative, can-do attitude and a passion for getting the job done right

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
