Shopfitter / Installer

About the role

DCC Group is seeking an experienced Shopfitter / Installer to join our team in Wangara. This full-time role will involve the installation of high-quality commercial shop fittings and joinery across a variety of projects. As a key member of our team, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional results for our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Accurately measure and fit custom-made cabinets, shelving, counters, and other shop fittings
2. Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure work is completed to specification
3. Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site installation challenges
4. Maintain a clean and safe work environment
5. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
6. Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Shopfitter or Installer
2. Strong practical hands-on skills with the ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings
3. Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and workshop machinery
4. Excellent attention to detail and quality of work
5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills
7. Reliable, punctual, and committed to workplace safety
