**About the role**

Perfmet Engineering is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the installation of a variety of metalwork products, including screens, fencing, louvres, window hoods and general metal work products. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the building trades industry.

**What you'll be doing**
- Accurately measure, cut, and install metal screens, fencing, and louvres to customer specifications
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Identify and report any issues or challenges to the project management team
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong background in the installation of metalwork products
- Excellent carpentry skills, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites in the Perth area

Pay: $80,000.00 - $109,960.60 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
