Working under the direction of nursing staff, as a
**Personal Care Worker **you will be providing person centred, high quality care to our residents.

You will demonstrate compassion, sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to our residents including bathing, dressing, toileting and other support services depending on the individual needs of residents.

You will engage with our residents to enrich their lives and support their psychosocial needs and assist residents who may require specialised care, including dementia care and palliative care.

You will embody out values to meet our mission to support people in their choice of health, well-being and lifestyle, and our vision to value and respect human life.

We are recruiting for a
**Permanent Part Time or casual **roles based at our
**St. Mary's Raceview Residential Care Home, **with a variety of shifts across a 14 days roster.

**What will you need**:

- NDIS workers screen
- Ability to use computer systems to maintain care records
- Compassion for and understanding of the elderly
- Flexibility with shift days and times
- Friendly approachable manner
- Experience working in an Aged Care Facility would be great but not essential
- All up to date COVID 19 vaccinations
