Our charity campaigns deliver critical funding for the support of Australians on the long journey to recovery in the form counselling, financial aid, accommodation, rehabilitation and much more.

**Rate + Bonus’ and Incentives** - Casual (FT hours available), Miscellaneous Award (MA000104) Base Hourly Rate starting from $31.23, with sales commission, bonuses and incentives providing for a higher on target earnings depending on skillset and performance.

**The role**:

- Promote and inform the general public about our Charity Causes and their Lottery programmes with enthusiasm and integrity in retail environments.
- Be guided and trained by experienced team leaders and talented Fundraisers to give you the tools to achieve and excel in a team environment,
- No two weeks are the same, with your work taking you to new retail precincts all over Sydney or Melbourne and even paid Regional tours of Australia

**About you**:

- You have an approachable and positive attitude and willingness to have a go,
- You’re comfortable connecting with new people and thrive on building great rapport,
- Motivated and love to inspire your fellow team members,
- Enjoy working to targets and have a drive to better yourself and the want to achieve more in your life,
- Sales, service or retail experience is beneficial but not a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $58,000.00 - $121,000.00 per year
