**About the Centre**

Brunswick Baths is a state-of-the-art aquatic and fitness centre located in the heart of Brunswick. The centre offers a wide range of facilities, including a 50-meter heated outdoor pool, a 20-meter heated indoor pool, a waterplay pool, a gym, a group fitness room, a functional training room, a spa, a sauna, and a steam room. The centre offers a variety of programs and classes for people of all ages and abilities, including swimming lessons, water aerobics, yoga, and pilates.

**About the Role**

As a Duty Manager at Brunswick Baths you will have delegated authority of the Centre Manager, and will maintain a broad knowledge of centre programs and services whilst at the same time managing a range of centre functions whilst on shift which may include;
- Maintaining a focus on ‘Big Picture’ issues Centre wide
- Maintain a working knowledge and understanding of Centre’s Emergency Action Plan
- Working autonomously as well as being an active leader

This is a permanent part-time position with an hourly rate of $31.67 + super.

**About You**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Aquatic Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- HLTAID009- Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- HLTAID011- Provide First Aid

**Other Desired Qualifications or Knowledge**
- Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Legislation is an advantage
- Previous experience in a similar facility in a supervisory role is desirable
