**Your role**:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary representative for our customers. You will ensure customer needs are met across the lifecycle of their partnership and facilitate account health and growth. You will also provide forecasting and financial reporting to our senior management.

**_This role can be based in NSW, QLD, VIC or ACT within Australia and must have permanent residency or be a citizen._**

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify pain points, implement customer solutions, and manage customer feedback.
- Maximise likelihood of account renewal and growth, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify upsell opportunities and qualify with the sales team.
- Identify at-risk customers and intervene early to facilitate renewal.
- Gain insight on reasons for churn from lost customers.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within verticals and regions.
- Work with the development team to respond to user queries related to new product releases or features.

**Experience required**:

- Experience working in the technology / intelligence space, in particular SaaS, is highly desirable.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
- Demonstrable ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
- Maintain sharp attention to detail while working across multiple customer accounts and verticals.

- Location: Australia.
- Working arrangements: Company Office in Sydney, however flexible working arrangements available.
