**About the Role**

This role will facilitate and coordinate suitable processes to achieve Government clearance requirements, including onboarding & offboarding, briefings, debriefs, and annual clearance refresher training as required by our Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Undertake and manage staff security alignment, between contract requirements and the Security Register, in accordance with the Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF), DISP requirements and and other applicable regulation
- Manage new clearance processes and renewals
- Conduct annual security training and compliance activities
- Assess and manage complex vetting clearances, including the ability to prepare denial documentation
- Conduct security confirmations
- Utilise AGSVA and other government portals appropriately
- Maintain company systems and processes
- Create internal reports as required
- Undertake other duties as directed

**About You**

**Essential Qualifications**
- NV1 Security Clearance
- Knowledge of the Australian Government’s Protective Security Policy Framework
- Demonstrated experience managing DISP requirements.
- Process driven with high attention to detail and accuracy
