**We are seeking expressions of interest from passionate Clinic Managers across ACT**

As a Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their vision of confidence INSIDE & OUT by:

- Leading by Example: Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve KPIs, leaving them feeling empowered.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage.
- Client Experience: Deliver our Customer Value Proposition to exceed client expectations and be the one they rave about
- Business Growth: Drive clinic profitability and expansion, igniting a sense of WICKED ambition.

**We'd feel ELECTRIC if you have**:

- Formal qualification in Beauty (i.e. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy).
- Experience in a clinical or aesthetic environment preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry.
- Focus on excellent customer service and results.
