With 12 offices Nationwide and over 14,000 property managements Little Real Estate has been at the forefront of residential sales and property management for over a decade. We are currently looking for a National Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

**Description**:
The Role

Duties

Strategy development and implementation to enhance the LRE brand across our 12 office locations - both digital and print
Design and execution of targeted EDM campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion
Implement & manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including PPC, social media and affiliate marketing
Ensure brand messaging integration across all customer touch points
Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication to ensure alignment and synergy across various teams

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills & Experience

Digital customer acquisition and lead nurturing
Strong strategic vision and development capabilities
Sound data-driven decision making process
Strong leadership and communication skills with previous management experience
Previous Real Estate experience desirable but not essential
