Corporate Travel Team Leader

This leading travel management company, requires a dynamic manager to jump in and join their team in Brisbane.
**The Role**
- You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to your team of consultants.
- As a team leader you will be driving, developing and managing the team to achieve results and service levels.
- This is also a hands-on role where you are happy to jump in and handle end to end consulting as well.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and guidance to consultants
- Ensure adequate staffing and work flow is distributed
- Investigate and resolve customer and client issues
- Understand the need for change and be adaptable

**What you need to succeed**
- Previous experience in the travel industry at a supervisory level preferably in corporate travel
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Top notch GDS skills and airfare knowledge
- First class customer service skills
