**About the role**:
CSR are seeking a passionate and experienced **Finance Analyst Operations**to join our team based in Melbourne at either our Yarraville or Scorseby site. As a key member of the Finance Team, you will work closely with the Finance Manager Ops Qld/VICto ensure financial results align with business objectives, processes, and procedures. This role involves financial reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement of finance processes across our plants.

**Financial Reporting & Integrity**
- Prepare financial and non-financial data for monthly results, budgets, and forecasts across plants.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of factory ledgers (P&L and Balance Sheets).
- Assist in financial analysis, including production costs and plant efficiency.
- Support the standard costing process across all factories.
- Coordinate stocktake processes and risk assessments related to stock procedures.
- Assist with business systems projects affecting factories and quarries.
- Drive continuous improvement in finance processes.

**Financial Analysis & Business Support**
- Conduct financial analysis on fully costed products and plant efficiency.
- Monitor raw material usage variances to maintain accurate BOMs and product routings.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and support World Class Manufacturing (WCM) execution.
- Assist in profit improvement initiatives and capital expenditure payback calculations.
- Benchmark factory reporting and provide S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) support as required.

**About you**:

- CA or CPA Qualified professional or someone who is working towards their qualifications.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting and controlling principles with the ability to analyze and communicate financial data effectively.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing change and overcoming challenges with a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in ERP Systems, SAP experience will be an advantage.
- Advanced Excel experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
- Self-starter that can work autonomously.
