**About the facility**
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

**About the role**
This position is primarily responsible for working in partnership with the project core team, clinical and corporate areas across Barwon Health, to coordinate, facilitate and lead the rollout of Optima to business units. The position is responsible for facilitating a range of analysis, communication and quality assurance tasks which contribute to streamlined project processes and improved efficiency. They will also support the processes to estimate, plan and working with service partners in designing and delivering Optima System.
