ING Australia is looking for an experienced " **IAM Engineering Manager** " to join our Identity and Access management team for this newly created position based in Sydney. You'll play a critical role in managing and maintaining our organizations' core technology infrastructure and services. You'll be overseeing the operation and performance of our platform (Sailpoint IQ, CyberArk, File Access Manager), to ensure its reliability, scalability, and security. **What you'll do** - Lead the operation, maintenance, and optimization of our core banking platform, ensure 24/7 availability and reliability. - Lead incident response efforts, including root cause analysis, resolution, and post-incident reviews. - Maintain and support ING Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Platform capabilities. - Mentor and lead a team of Platform Operations Devops/Engineers. - Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities. **What we're looking for** - Demonstrated experience with software builds and packaging - Sailpoint or One Identity, CyberArk, Azure DevOps, Artifactory, GIT, GITFlow. - Hands on experience/good working knowledge of Container Technologies - Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker for Windows, Azure Container Services, Mesos, Docker Swarm. - Hands on experience/good working knowledge of virtualization technologies - Hyper-V, VMWare environments, and service-based cloud models. - Fluent in multiple scripting languages - PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell scripting, BASH. **What's in it for you?** - Drop everything and learn with over 16,000 professional and personal development courses to choose from. - Discounted ING Health Insurance. - An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing. - An IMPACT Day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity. **About Us** At ING, we want to make life simpler and more worthwhile - for everyone who banks with us, for the people who work with us, and the community at large, too.
