**About the role**

**How will you make an impact?**

What you'll do:

- **Underwrite** consumer and commercial auto loans.
- **Analyze **financial data like income statements, tax returns, and credit reports.
- **Make** informed decisions on credit approvals.
- **Collaborate** with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.

What you need:

- **Proven track record**: 4+ years of delegated lending authority in auto finance, having held a DLA of at least $100K
- **Deep understanding**: Expertise in Equifax Comprehensive Credit Reporting and financial document analysis.
- **Sharp mind**: Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills.
- **Excellent communication**: Clear and concise explanations for credit decisions.
- **Positive attitude**: A passion for customer service and teamwork.
- **Ability to thrive**: Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- **Relevant qualifications**: Tertiary education or industry certifications.
