**The OPPORTUNITY**

We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, professional, and knowledgeable Venue Manager to lead the team in providing friendly and efficient service in a fast & friendly establishment.

**As venue manager you can expect**:

**Your Service responsibilities will include**:

- Minimum 4 years' similar experience in the management of a service-driven food and beverage business
- Work with business owner in analysing financial results and to improve efficiency and increase profitability
- Employee management and Succession planning for FOH team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong presence to both staff and customers
- Stock control and management of cocktail & wine lists
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multi manage and set daily priorities
- Be a 'people person' and a 'team player' who guides their staff through leading by example
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Awareness of promotion and marketing techniques to drive attendances
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Unlimited right to work within Australia as this is a full-time position.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Restaurant management: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)
